Decorate & Reflect over at the @VirginiaARTFactory was an amazing way to start our April off. We took some time to make our own journal covers to increase the excitement for picking them up and using them more than not! Followed by our first entries, taking time to read some prompts and write our answers out for questions like, “How do I show up for myself today?”. The class gave amazing feedback as we offered the space to feel the questions out however heavy they may be with a gratitude meditation to close the offering.
Missed this one, our next one will be in July! Hope to see you there 🤍

🌿 April 12th, we'll be having another virtual affirm & align. Don't worry - with this beautiful weather blooming, we'll be in person again in May.
I appreciate everyone's patience and continued support. It is only one person behind this beautiful business, lifted up by an amazing tribe, but so many things to do and so little time.

As the host, i try not to plan anything after this event to allow the freedom to sit and stay as long as im called to. Really glad it worked out this day.

We made our own affirmation jars to take home with us, everybody’s looked so different - it was so cool! With some easy chill music as our vibe, light conversation and laughs. Doors were open for men, women and children and they walked through!
💚 Thank you to everyone who came and made space for yourself to just be and create. Pouring into ourselves is something we lose touch with during busy seasons. It was nice to meet you and I hope to see you at another event soon.
